In order to thoroughly implement the National Law on Prevention and Control of Occupational Diseases, popularize knowledge on occupational disease prevention and control, enhance employees' awareness of occupational disease prevention, and effectively protect workers' occupational health rights and interests. On March 21, Liyuan Company held occupational health knowledge training, from all departments. One hundred employees participated in the training.

 

Firstly, the Ministry of Personnel Administration briefly introduced the work done by our company for occupational disease prevention, and then the occupational health knowledge training was conducted by the chief physician of the Hunan Provincial Occupational Disease Prevention and Control Institute Xiao Youli.

 

The training content is closely combined with the actual situation of the production of each position. Mr. Xiao first gave a detailed account of the concept and characteristics of occupational diseases, so that employees have a preliminary understanding of the adverse effects of their own occupational diseases.

 

Mr. Xiao focused on the "Occupational Disease Prevention and Control Law" and related laws and regulations, the source of harmful factors of occupational diseases, common occupational health hazards and other occupational disease prevention and control knowledge, emphasizing the control of occupational diseases should adhere to the principle of prevention and prevention. The content of the training is theoretical, practical, applicable and operability, and has played a positive guiding role in employee health care. The wonderful and meticulous explanation is both theoretical and close to work life. After listening to the knowledge about occupational disease prevention taught by Xiao, the employees said that they will pay more attention to their own protection in the future safety production work and contribute to the company's safe production.

 

Some colleagues can't attend the training venue to participate in the training of occupational disease knowledge because of work reasons. The personnel administration requires that the trainers should share the prevention and treatment of occupational diseases to the sections and teams, and promote the awareness of occupational disease prevention among the employees.
